Customer Support Manager
The Customer Support Manager is responsible for leading our agents and call center staff to better performance and improve how we service our customers. They will assist with establishing call center objectives, identify opportunities to expand agent knowledge of services, products, and troubleshooting techniques, analyze call center data, and focus on improving performance and processes. They should have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of company policies and offerings.
A successful Call Center Manager should be focused on improving the team’s performance and call center practices. He/She should be observant and detail-oriented, and possess an understanding of the business, the products and services, and the issues representatives are facing on the floor.
